Our firm serve most all civil documents including but not limited to, summons, court orders, affidavits, Liens and notice of Liens, Cross complaint, Complaints and alias and pluries summons, Affidavits and motion-order to appear, Motion for supplementary proceeding, answer, Notice of deposition taking, request to produce document and post judgment interrogatories.
We have been serving documents in the charlotte metro area since 2004. We make several attempts to contact the person and get the job done. When documents arrive at our office they go out no later than the next day, unless a request for quick service had been made. Process serving is our business and we go the extra mile to get it done right. We use well trained investigators here at Funderburk's Investigative Service to be sure the customer's needs are being met.
